Jacquard Design Form for Punch Card Knitting Machines

Title: Notes:
Type: What does this mean?
Stitch Width: (Enter any value from 1 to 60.)
It is best to first design your punch card on knitter's graph paper. Then assign a number to each color. Delete the simple checkerboard pattern and enter your pattern. You can use the enter key at the end of the row, but be sure each row is completely filled out according to the stitch width. For example if you are doing a 24 stitch punch card, each row should have 24 digits entered.

MirroredThe knit side of the fabric on the main bed is always the reverse of the design entered here. If you want the knit side to look exactly like the design entered here, use the mirrored option. This is useful for designs containing letters or numbers or other non-symmetrical design elements.
If you are going to print the punch card pattern and you use Internet Explorer, you will want to change your settings as follows:

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.

In the Settings box, under Printing, click to select the Print background colors and images check box, and then click OK.

This will allow the sample image to print correctly.
